An expression of condolence following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Sempra Homes joins Basildon Council and the nation in mourning the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As a mark of respect, flags at the council's town centre offices in the Basildon Centre are being flown at half-mast until further notice.

Residents can sign the national online book of condolence on The British Monarchy website at www.royal.uk.

In addition, a book of condolence will be available to sign in person at the Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL.
The book of condolence will be available from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

The following locations are available for the placing of floral tributes:

  • Bronze relief of HM The Queen, St. Martin's Square, Basildon
  • Green area outside the cafe, Lake Meadows, Billericay
  • The Beacon at Paddocks Community Hall, Laindon
  • Avenue of Jubilee trees, Howard Diamond Jubilee Park, Pitsea
  • The Beacon at Wickford Memorial Park, Wickford
