On Tuesday 7th November Sempra Homes manager Melanie Keys and Basildon Council Councillor Gavin Callaghan, the Council’s chairman of the policy and resources committee, was interviewed live on BBC Essex Radio to answer questions about Sempra Homes and its Shared Ownership scheme and Key Worker offer.
In the interview both Melanie and Cllr Callaghan spoke about how the Sempra Homes Shared Ownership scheme works, how Sempra prioritise key workers and residents of the Basildon Borough and also the sale of the first shared ownership home to a key worker of the Borough.
