Thirty brand new homes completed in Billericay at Sempra's latest development Monarch Place.

Sempra Homes have completed on the 30 stylish one and two bed apartments, which are all available to purchase through shared ownership basis. The development provides allocated parking for residents and visitors, and all the homes exceed national space standards and have achieved Secure by Design Gold Standard.

The kitchens in each home come fully equipped with integrated appliances, and have flooring provided throughout with wooden style laminate flooring in the living areas and hallway, homely carpet in the bedroom(s), and high-quality tiling in the bathroom and cloak room.

Sempra Homes and Basildon Council officers recently attended a tour of the development to mark its completion.
