Sempra Homes and Basildon Borough Council attended the Essex Housing Awards hosted on Thursdays 3rd November at the Greenwood Hotel and Spa, Stock. Sempra Homes and Basildon Council were shortlisted for a total of 6 awards on the evening, each category recognising high-quality developments, services and or individuals from the public, private and voluntary sector and promote best practice across the county.
Colleagues from Basildon Council won awards in categories of Delivering Services to Vulnerable People at the newly delivered Nevendon Place and for Meeting Housing Need Category for the 94-homes development at Acorn House.
We were also delighted to see Sempra Homes achieving Highly Commended recognition for Excellence in Design at the Shared Ownership development at Monarch Place, Billericay and Sempra Homes Service Manager, Melanie Keys, receiving Highly Commended in the category of Housing Professional of the Year.
Melanie Keys, Sempra Homes Service Manager, said "We are very proud to be working with Basildon Council to provide much needed quality and affordable homes for key workers and residents across the Basildon Borough and I am delighted that our hard work and dedication has been recognised.
