Sempra Homes and Basildon Borough Council's Development team have been shortlisted at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2023 in the category of "Best Development Team - Rural/Surburban".
Those shortlisted in this category have been recognised for demonstrating outstanding achievement to deliver high quality new homes and places that meet the needs of residents.
