  • Festival Leisure Park (12-minute drive) – A range of activities on offer, from bowling, crazy golf, indoor karting or a multi-screen cinema, Cineworld. In addition to these are a range of restaurants such as Nando’s, TGI Friday’s & Harvester.  

Shopping 

There are a host of shopping options to meet the needs of all households, some of these include: 

  • Pitsea High Road (11-minute walk) – Here are range of supermarkets, such as Aldi, Lidl Tesco & The Range. Also on selected days throughout the week is the Pitsea Market.  
  • Basildon Town Centre (8-minute drive) - Within the town centre is Eastgate Shopping Centre, here you’ll find brands such as HMV, River Island, Primark, as well as a range coffee shops such as Costa Coffee. 

Travel 

Bowers Close is within easy reach of the A127, A13, A130 and M25, with these road networks being ideal for those commuting by car, the main road network provides access to the following:

Only a 3-minute drive or a 19-minute walk is Pitsea Train Station, operated by C2C, with direct links into London Fenchurch Street in just 44 minutes. In the opposite direction you can get a train into Southend-On-Sea in 19 minutes.
