Sempra Homes received five more properties at Ballards Walk on Friday 31st March 2017.
This saw them take ownership of 3 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom affordable homes.
These homes were pre-let to local families on Basildon Council’s homeseeker register, with the families moving in from today.
