Sempra Homes Planning Approved for New Homes in Billericay Ganels Road Essex

Planning permission has been granted for Sempra Homes’ Ganels Road development in Billericay.
The scheme will provide a mixed tenure development of high quality Affordable Rent, Shared Ownership and Private Sale homes.

Sempra Homes Service Manager, Melanie Keys, said “We’re delighted to receive permission for this latest Sempra development which is part of our new homes programme. All homes will meet the nationally prescribed space standards alongside provision for parking with electric vehicle charging facilities.

We will bring forward the development in consultation with the police’s local crime prevention, secure by design, team and provide opportunity through Sempra’s construction works contracts for local labour and supply chains.”

A planning application was approved for the scheme by Basildon Borough Council's Planning Committee on 15th December 2021. The application achieved unanimous approval.
