Working in partnership with Stonebond Properties we are pleased to have acquired a new site in Basildon with plans to develop 34 new homes of mixed tenure. This marks the second time we have worked with Stonebond Properties, previously working together, with the delivery of 13 affordable rent and shared ownership homes at Woodside Place in Dry Street, Langdon Hills.
Melanie Keys, Manager of Sempra Homes, said; "Sempra Homes acquisition of this site will support the delivery of Sempra's new Home Programme and approved Business Plan. We look forward to working in partnership with Stonebond on the delivery of this site to provide much needed homes to the Basildon Borough."
A planning application is due to be submitted later this autumn.
