The development site is situated off Ghyllgrove Close, Basildon and will be developed in partnership with Chelmsford based developer Stonebond Properties. The development will provide 4x two-bedroom houses, 24x three-bedroom houses and 6x four-bedroom houses, with all homes designed to meet or exceed the national space standards, including 10 of the homes meeting category M4(2) which provides reasonable provisions making it suitable for a range of potential occupants (E.g. individuals with reduced mobility). Each home will have associated car parking, with vehicle charging points, and private gardens.
