As part of its commitment to providing inward investment into the Borough through local supply chains, local labour, training, and apprenticeships, Sempra Homes and The Hill Groupare hosting a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event on Friday, 26th July.
Sempra Homes and Hill are working in collaboration on three new developments in Basildon, with construction works due to start on site in the coming months. The event is an opportunity for all trades to meet members of the team, discuss the projects, and provide a platform to collaborate with like-minded companies.
Melanie Keys, Service Manager at Sempra Homes, comments, “We are passionate about creating opportunities for local subcontractors and suppliers and this event is an exciting opportunity to connect with members of both teams and understand the tendering process.
“Events like these are really important as they encourage local connections and provide opportunities for local businesses.”

The event will take place from 8.30am to 11.30am at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Wickhay, Basildon, SS15 5AD on Friday 26th July 2024.
