With all homes in the 1st phase at Bowers Close now fully reserved, Sempra Homes are delighted to announce the launch of the 2nd and final phase on Saturday 5th July 2025, comprising 14 high-quality one-, three- and four-bedroom houses through Shared Ownership.
Located on London Road, Bowers Gifford, Essex, the Bowers Close development delivers a total of 31 brand new homes, comprising of 23 Shared Ownership and 8 affordable rent homes. Additionally, £948,000 of funding has been secured from Homes England’s Affordable Housing programme to support the delivery of the Shared Ownership homes. These will be developed alongside the rented homes, which will be allocated as per Basildon Council’s Housing Allocation Policy.
